Raid smoke is starting to look a little less random.
Last week, the map started showing raid smoke.
This week, some of that smoke is starting to look suspiciously personal.
One raid is chaos. Two raids is a pattern. Three raids and your mebot might have officially started beef.
Smoke with a name on it
When a habitat gets hit, the map can show where things are heating up.
But the fun part is when the same little corner keeps getting bonked. At first, the orange cloud is just smoke. Then it starts to feel like a clue.
Maybe someone keeps poking the same neighborhood. Maybe one habitat has become the local punching bag. Maybe a mebot walked into town, caused problems, and decided, “yes, this is my hobby now.”
That is when the map stops looking like a map and starts looking like gossip with roads.
Why this matters
Raids are more fun when they leave a trail.
A hot spot might mean a habitat was just tested. It might mean two players keep crossing paths. It might mean absolutely nothing, except that one mebot has suspiciously consistent gremlin energy.
Either way, it gives the city a little memory.
So if you open HQ and see smoke gathering around the same area, maybe take a closer look.
